Tadria A Founder/Visionary
Tadria is the Founder and Visionary of The Jü-el Effect, a non profit dedicated to providing business and fashion resources to underserved communities. Originally from Charlotte, Tee earned her BFA in Fashion Marketing and Management with a minor in Business and Entrepreneurship from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).
With over 14 years of experience in the wardrobe industry and serving as the CEO of her own wardrobe company, Tadria has built a career centered on creativity, leadership, and community. Throughout her journey, she recognized the lack of representation for minorities within the fashion and creative industries. She also experienced firsthand the barriers of entry—such as the high cost of fashion education—while pursuing her own degree.
These challenges inspired her to launch The JÜ-EL Effect, with a mission to ensure that young entrepreneurs, designers, and creatives have access to enriching fashion and business resources, opportunities, and guidance that were once out of reach.
Tadria also believes it’s important to start early, especially in a generation where young entrepreneurs are launching businesses at record speed. She is committed to exposing children and teens to fashion, creativity, and business fundamentals so they can grow with confidence, skill, and support.
